Db Skate Duffel 65L
This exclusive new bag is only available from skate shops, and it could be the right piece of luggage to improve travelling for the foreseeable future. Finding a good bag for skate trips has always proved difficult but we believe the creative minds at D_b_ could have changed the game with this one. The bag has a split duffel design with one compartment for a complete and decks, and another for belongings. There is tailored side access for your setup, and a separate compartment for up to two spare decks. It is equipped with ergonomic shoulder straps, uses D_b_’s patented rib-cage construction, and has a 65L capacity. Simplify those summer skate trips by adding this bag into the mix.
PALACE PRO S35
New wood from Palace Skateboards just hit the board wall. The latest boards feature the graphic genius of our friend James Edson. They are reminiscent of the early days of the company and even emit early Alien Workshop vibrations. We were hyped to see Edson’s brain channelled through this format. We recommend checking out Heitor Da Silva’s board from this series which is an all new shape that’s definitely working for him. Long live the PWBC.

First & Last: Andrew Brophy
Andrew Brophy is an old friend of ours here at Slam. When he was living in London as a teenager his daily assault at Southbank became the stuff of legend, and we were the clubhouse for the downtime in-between. We have fond memories of him from the start of his journey to becoming a professional skateboarder, so getting to watch his story unfold in real-time has been amazing. This interview tracks his journey from growing up in Margaret River to his time living in London, and the path that opened up for him from there which ultimately led to him being pro for Girl Skateboards. Enjoy some good stories beamed to you direct from Noosa…
